But others bring over 30 years of experience from working at shops like BBDO, Doner, Zimmerman, Erwin Penland/Hill Holliday and DDB creating campaigns for iconic brands like MICHELIN, Valvoline, Verizon, Toshiba, Schwab, Girl Scouts of America and Denny’s.

Robert Donovan
President and Chief Executive Officer

Robert began his advertising career in Washington, DC, creating a number of large direct marketing campaigns for political candidates. He eventually transitioned to the automotive vertical, initially providing full-service traditional advertising services, including print, radio and television. It was during this time, however, that Robert saw the need for a digital-specific offering for dealerships, prompting him to launch Dealer Online Marketing in 2007, now known as DOM360.

Mike Weston
Creative Director

A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in NYC, Mike’s ad journey has taken him to agencies like BBDO NY, Doner, Lawler Ballard, Doe Anderson, Earle Palmer Brown and Erwin-Penland Hill Holliday. Along the way he has helped create brand and bottom-line-building ideas for Campbell's Soup, Valvoline Instant Oil Change, The Michigan and Kentucky Lotteries, BNSF Railway, MICHELIN and Uniroyal Tires, National City Bank, Gillette, DeKuyper Cordials and Maker’s Mark Bourbon to name just a few

Ryan Alford
VP, Chief Marketing Officer

A well-traveled marketing and advertising veteran with over 17 years of guiding brands as large as Verizon Wireless and as small as The Greenville Drive, a minor league baseball team. Ryan spent 5 years in Manhattan managing brands and teams for Hill Holliday, New York and Erwin-Penland collaborating with some of the most respected talent and agencies in the industry. With CMO experience on the client-side Ryan understands the pressures of the bottom-line and finding true attribution from marketing initiatives. Ryan has background in digital platform development, broadcast/video, experiential branding, sponsorship activation, and marketing research.

Owen Irvin
Senior Copywriter

A creative professional with over 10 years of experience, Owen’s worked on blue chip clients in the wireless, telecommunications, pro sports and restaurant categories at agencies like Grey Atlanta, DDB St. Louis and Erwin Penland/Hill Holliday. He’s a graduate of the University of Georgia and The Creative Circus advertising program.

Daniel Austin
Developer

A graduate of Savannah College of Art and Design, Dan started his career in the digital marketing and app development world at Futuremedia Interactive in upstate New York. During his time at FMI, Dan worked on projects for companies such as Toshiba, Charles Schwab, Best Buy, Fingerpaint marketing, Girl Scouts of America, The College of Saint Rose, GE, Palio Communications, NYSED, Delmar Cengage and Ghost Hand Games.

Kaytlyn Hollis
Agency Producer

Kaytlyn has eight years of experience working on everything from short films in the festival circuit to directing live broadcast productions. Her work has been featured on networks like PBS, Bravo, and TBN. A native of Greenville, Kaytlyn graduated from the Art Institute of Charlotte.

Adrian Meadows
Graphic Designer

Often referred to as “The World’s Most Beautifully Horrible singer,” Adrian is a Spartanburg native, graphic designer and graduate of USC - Upstate. When Adrian isn’t looking and studying approaches to building and improving brands, he can be found refining his hand-lettering skills, which have allowed him to be published internationally, and able collaborate in projects from non-profits to startup and big name companies.
